Studio 25 services are booked in reserved time blocks. Pricing reflects the amount of time reserved for your session. Clients are billed for the full time block booked, regardless of whether the service finishes slightly early.

Maintenance applies to routine retwist/retie clients maintaining their schedule. (If 7- 12 weeks past last maintenance appointment, Client should book a 5-hr Loc Maintenance session.
Structural services apply to:
• 4+ months growth
• Reconstruction
• Installs
• Combining
• Extension removal
• 3+ repairs
• Severe matting, Etc…Structural services are billed at a higher hourly rate due to complexity.

If additional time is required beyond your reserved session, an additional time block must be scheduled to complete the service based on availability.

Finishing efficiently means we completed your service within your reserved session time. Sessions are billed by the reserved time block.

No. Deposits are non-refundable. An 8-hour notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or session.

Basic styling may be included if time permits. Extensive styling may require additional session time to be booked.

Yes, however corrective or reconstructive work is classified as Structural Service and billed accordingly.

Yes, for all first-time clients
In-person consultations are required for structural services, installs, or complex corrective work.
Consultations for regular maintenance should be selected in the add-on section of the booking page. They are performed on the same day as the appointment.
