Policy

  • Deposit must be paid at booking.

  • Terms should be read and agreed to during booking.

  • Appointment must be canceled more than 8 hours before the appointment, or deposit will be forfeited.

  • If running late, please inform us. If running 15+ minutes late, appointment may need to be rescheduled/canceled; deposit will be forfeited. No call/No show, you will be charged for the full service.

  • No pets. No guests or children (unless receiving services). If you require a medical aide/assistance, please contact us for accommodations.
