1. Booking & Deposit
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reserved time block. Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
Sessions are booked in structured time blocks. Clients are billed for the full reserved session time.
2. Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital payment.
If additional time is required beyond the reserved session, an additional time block must be scheduled based on availability.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
One reschedule per booking is permitted with at least 8 hours’ notice. Repeated rescheduling may result in restricted booking privileges.
4. Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or reduction of service to fit within the reserved time block.
No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of a full reserved session fee.
5. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, medical concerns, or recent treatments prior to service.
Studio 25 reserves the right to refuse service if conditions may compromise health, safety, or service integrity.
Children, guests, and pets are not permitted unless receiving services. If a medical aide is required, please notify Studio 25 in advance.
6. Liability & Results
Results may vary based on hair type, nail condition, maintenance habits, and disclosed history.
By receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree not to hold Studio 25 liable for temporary irritation, lifting, breakage, or outcomes associated with services performed within professional standards.
7. Photos & Media
Studio 25 may photograph or record services for documentation or marketing purposes.
Clients who do not wish to be photographed must notify Studio 25 before service begins.
8. Privacy
The purpose of SMS communications (e.g., alerts, updates, reminders). Frequency varies depending on Studio 25 business notices and appointments booked.
Service provider’s standard message and data rates may apply. Reply ‘STOP’ to unsubscribe.
Luxe Nail Consent
1. Health & Medical Conditions
If a medical condition is discovered prior to service (including fungus, infection, open wounds, severe injury, or missing natural nail integrity), the appointment will be immediately canceled and the deposit forfeited. Medical clearance from a licensed provider will be required before rebooking.
2. Studio Safety Policy
Children (unless being serviced), guests, and pets are not permitted in the studio for safety and insurance reasons. If a medical aide or accommodation is required, Studio 25 must be notified in advance.
3. Payment Authorization
I authorize Studio 25 to process payments using the card on file, including deposits, cancellation fees, no-show charges, and remaining service balances.
4. Chemical & Product Consent
I consent to the use of professional nail products and required chemicals necessary to complete the service. I confirm that I have disclosed any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect product use.
5. Final Service & Repair Policy
All nail services are final. Minor concerns such as lifting or chipping must be reported within 3 days of service. Repair requests beyond 3 days will incur an additional charge.
Lux Loc Consent
1. Health Disclosure
I confirm that I have disclosed any scalp sensitivities, medical conditions, hair loss, infections, injuries, or allergies that may affect the service or products used (including oils, gels, aloe-based products, or cleansing treatments).
2.Results & Responsibility
I understand that results vary based on hair texture, density, length, and overall hair health. I release Studio 25 and its stylist(s) from responsibility for adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from withheld information, improper aftercare, tight styling preferences, overdue maintenance, or failure to follow professional instructions.
3. Product Consent
I consent to the use of professional-grade products necessary to perform the service safely and effectively.
4. Deposits & Scheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments require at least 8 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or reserved session time.
5. Time-Based Sessions
I understand that loc services are booked in reserved time blocks. If additional time is required beyond the reserved session, it must be scheduled separately.
6. Aftercare
I agree to follow all aftercare recommendations provided to maintain healthy, long-lasting locs.
