Policy
First-time Loc clients must book a consultation.
Deposit must be paid at booking.
Consent forms and Terms should be read and signed at booking to be serviced.
Appointment must be canceled more than 5 hours before the appointment, or deposit will be forfeited.
If running late, please inform us. If running 15+ minutes late, appointment must be rescheduled/canceled; deposit will be forfeited. No call/No show, you will be charged for the full service.
No pets. No guests or kids (unless kids are receiving services). If you require a medical aide, please contact us for accommodations.
