Policy

• Appointment must be canceled before 12 hours of the appointment, or deposit will be forfeited.

• Consent forms and Terms should be read and signed at booking to be serviced.

• If running late, please inform us. If running 15+ minutes late, appointment must be rescheduled/canceled; deposit will be forfeited. No call/No show, you will be charged for the full service.

• 25% deposit must be paid at booking.

• No pets. No guests or kids, unless they are receiving services. If you require a medical aide, please contact us for accommodations.
